All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Alojz Čerin, s.p. is a taxable person. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and have no pre-defined validity. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail notification of the confirmed order and an invoice). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the supplier and the buyer. Promotional prices are set on an ongoing basis and are valid for a set period of time or until stocks last.

The company operates only in the Republic of Slovenia, where it offers cash on delivery, pre-invoice to TRR. The Purchase Contract (Order) is stored electronically on the Provider's server and is accessible to the Customer at any time in his/her user profile (My Account). The buyer also receives a hard copy with the package sent.

The shipping costs are uniform and amount to € 3.50 if paid on delivery and € 2.30 if paid on account. The Buyer is obliged to pay the shipping costs upon receipt of the goods, except in the following cases:
- Ongoing campaign which explicitly highlights free postage
- When otherwise stated on the item (postage included in the price)

Ordering is possible via the online shop, email, phone. If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible through any communication channel. All order data is stored by Alojz Čerin, s.p.

You can also place an order as a guest and registration is not required. The customer selects the item, adds it to the basket and then goes to the basket (via the basket overview button) or by clicking on the basket at the top right of the page. You can then correct the quantity again or remove an item, click the Next button, choose a payment method and enter your delivery details. You can also add a comment if necessary. The only thing left to do is to complete the purchase by clicking the confirm order button. After placing the order, the customer receives an email with an invoice. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the supplier is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

The user can cancel the order within one hour after placing the order by email or phone. In the body of the message, please include: order number, name and surname of the customer.

All products are in stock. In the event that the product you want is sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will work together to find another possible solution. Delivery is handled by Post Slovenije.

If the Buyer has withdrawn from the order or the contract in accordance with the withdrawal conditions, the Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price paid via TRR within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

The Provider undertakes to keep all personal data of the User secure at all times. The Provider will use the personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorised persons. It is also the user's responsibility to protect their personal data by ensuring that their username and password are secure and that their computer is protected by appropriate software (anti-virus).

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), within 15 days of taking delivery of the product, the customer can notify the company by email or telephone that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his or her decision. The only cost to the buyer for withdrawal from the contract is the return postage on the return of the goods. The consumer must return the goods to the trader no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. We recommend that you email us or call us before returning to discuss the best way to make a refund. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract or order, the goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. If it is established that there is physical damage to the goods or that the quantity does not match, the Buyer shall be liable for the damages. Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in the following cases: if the goods are damaged, dirty or show signs of use (physical damage, contact with liquid), if the packaging is damaged or destroyed, the value of the goods will be reduced. Each package can be neatly opened so that there are no visible effects of opening. For damaged packaging (torn packaging, improperly packed package), the trader may charge up to 20% of the value of the goods. The trader will take a picture of each incorrectly returned package, its contents and the product with a camera as possible proof of the damage caused.

The Provider will contact the User by means of distance communication only if the User does not expressly object. Promotional e-mails will be clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional e-mails, the sender will be clearly identifiable, and promotional campaigns and other marketing techniques will be appropriately labelled. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined. The possibility and method of opting out of receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented, and the user's wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The supplier is obliged to set up an effective system for handling complaints and to designate a person whom the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of problems. The complaints procedure is available on the website, easy to use and confidential.
The supplier will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the customer informed of the progress of the procedure.
The Provider is aware that an essential feature of consumer litigation, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in settling the dispute itself. This is also a major obstacle to consumers bringing a dispute before the courts.
Therefore, the Provider shall use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably.

In accordance with the legal norms, we do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes. Alojz Čerin, s.p., which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL

We wish you many successful purchases.
